Pat and Anna Neve established Sign Man, Inc. in 1978 in Indian Harbour Beach, FL. Pat began his trade in New York in 1966 providing high quality craftsmanship with hand drawn sketches and layouts and the stroke of a brush. His hand lettered artistry and unique style can still be seen around Brevard County today.

Anna managed the accounts and worked to build up a client base by networking and focusing on customer satisfaction. She was very active in The Brevard Home Builders' and Contractors' Association, The Melbourne-Palm Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, where she is a charter member, and many other networking groups in the area.

Pat and Anna’s son, Pat Neve, Jr., began working part-time in 1982 bringing in the computer age to the business. In 1983, one of the first computers for graphics (the Gerber Sign Maker 4B) was used to help increase production output. This technology, now outdated, helped the business grow. Pat has been instrumental in keeping the company updated on the latest in sign technology.

In 1984, Angie Butler, their first employee, assisted Pat and Anna in their small shop in Indian Harbour Beach. She became an apprentice of Pat’s, and along with Sign Man, has kept up with the latest in logo development and sign design. Angie is still with the company today and continues to strive to provide customer service and superior designs and layouts.

Sign Man, Inc. moved to its current location at 4580 North US I in 1987. Pat and Anna's daughter, Colleen Jones, joined the family business in 1996 and added her knowledge and expertise in advertising to the company. After Pat and Anna retired, Colleen and Pat took over managing business.
