Business Cards
Business Cards speak louder than words. You can promote
yourself, your business, and your product in newspapers
and magazines, but handing a card to someone shows you
are established and believe in what you do. Customers
are more likely to keep cards than an ad or a post it
note. Plus, cards may show up months later on a desk or
in a drawer and once again, your customer is reminded
of you and your business – that’s free advertising! Consider
having your picture on your card too for added affect.
Or better yet, get magnetic business cards. They will
“stick around” for a long time!
Brochures
Brochures can be an excellent way to explain to your potential
customers what you have to offer. This is especially beneficial
to new companies or companies revitalizing their image.
It sends a message that you are open, ready for business
and plan to stay for a long time. Brochures also give
you that professional edge to put you ahead of your competition.
Post Cards
Many people do not consider Post Cards in their marketing
plan. They are usually seen as junk mail. But Post Cards
are always looked at as we sort through mail and in an
office they usually go through 2-3 people. The object
is to get your name and logo out there and be remembered.
A post card ad stands out more than having your ad combined
with several others in a magazine. One trick for post
cards is to add a “10% off with this card” phrase or other
special offer so the customer keeps it around awhile.
